1. General
1.1. These terms set the rules for using rumto.com (the "site"). The site is run by TSB ("we", "us").
1.2. By using the site, you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
1.3. The site is free to use.
2. What the site is
2.1. The site is informational. It describes the Rumto service, publishes help articles and, on some pages, answers questions in a chat window.
2.2. The site does not provide financial services and is not an offer. Sign-up, the wallet, cards, payments and support for transactions are available in the Rumto app (app.rumto.com) under its own terms, which you accept when you sign up there.
2.3. Information on the site (prices, fees, limits, supported services and countries) is for reference and may change. The current terms are shown in the app before you buy. If the site and the app differ, the app is correct.
2.4. Nothing on the site is financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Chat window
3.1. To ask a question in the chat window, you give your name and email address and agree to the processing of your data. Agreeing to marketing emails is separate and optional.
3.2. The chat answers automatically, based on the site's help articles, and can make mistakes. Its answers are for reference only and do not promise any result.
3.3. The chat on the site does not handle questions about your account or transactions. For those, use support in the app.
3.4. Never share passwords, codes from emails or text messages, CVV codes, full card numbers, seed phrases or wallet keys in the chat or with anyone who says they work for Rumto.
4. Rules of use
You must not:
- use the site or the chat for spam, fraud or any other unlawful activity;
- send abusive messages;
- overload the site or the chat with automated requests, or collect data from them with software;
- try to access closed parts of the site or other people's data;
- pretend to be someone else.
We may restrict access to the chat for anyone who breaks these rules.
5. Intellectual property
The Rumto name, logo, texts, images, videos and site design belong to us or are used under licence. You may not copy them or use them commercially without our written permission. You may link to the site and quote short passages with a link to the source.
6. Liability
6.1. The site is provided "as is". We try to keep it running without interruption and its information accurate, but we do not guarantee this.
6.2. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, chat answers, interruptions to the site or third-party services, or for the operation of the Rumto app and third-party sites linked from the site. This does not affect consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes to these terms
A new version of these terms is published on this page with its date and applies from the moment it is published.
8. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. We first try to resolve any dispute by negotiation: write to support@rumto.com.
