Your friend signs up with your link and buys a card. After the purchase, they count as an active referral.
The number of active referrals sets your level and the size of your reward.

Of each amount your referral tops up their card with.

Of what the partner you invited earns. A separate reward; the rate is the same at every level.

A card costs 50 USDT, and your friend pays 45 USDT with the 10% discount. At the Platinum level, 40% of that is yours.

An active referral is someone who signed up with your link and bought a card. The second level is calculated from what your invited partner earns, not from what their customers pay.
