All Rumto cards work with Apple Pay and Google Pay. Once the card is in your phone’s wallet, you can pay in shops with your phone or smartwatch.
Add the card
- Open the Cards tab in the Rumto app and choose your card. Its number, expiry date and CVV are there.
- On an iPhone, open the Wallet app and add a card. On Android, open Google Wallet and add a payment card.
- Enter the card details from the Rumto app and complete the confirmation.
Add the card to the wallet app itself (Wallet or Google Wallet). Linking a card to a single service such as the App Store or Google One is a different setting.
If the card won’t add
Go through these checks in order.
- Make sure the billing address you enter matches the region set on your device or account.
- Install the latest iOS or Android, update Wallet or Google Wallet, restart the phone and try again.
- If your phone doesn’t support Apple Pay or Google Pay, or the error persists, add the card on another compatible device.
- Apple and Google have their own limits on the number of cards, attempts or links. If you hit one, contact Apple or Google support.
If nothing helps, write to Rumto support and include a screenshot of the error, your device model, the system version, the card type and the device region.
