Top up

On the Home tab, tap Top up, choose the coin and the network, then copy the address or scan the QR code and send the funds from another wallet or an exchange. More than 100 coins are supported, including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and BNB. Each network has its own address format, so send the funds in the network you chose when you copied the address.

A top-up takes from a few seconds to 10 to 15 minutes, depending on the network. If the funds don’t appear, check the transaction in a blockchain explorer by its hash (TXID); if it is confirmed and the money still isn’t in the wallet, contact support.

Send to another Rumto user by UID

A UID is a user’s unique ID. Ask the recipient for it; it is in their profile.

  1. On the Home tab, tap Withdraw.
  2. Choose By UID.
  3. Choose the network and currency.
  4. Enter the recipient’s UID and the amount.
  5. Check everything and tap Confirm.

UID transfers work only between registered users. The transfer goes through at once and can’t be cancelled. The fee depends on the network and currency and is shown before you confirm.

Withdraw crypto to an address

  1. On the Home tab, tap Withdraw.
  2. Choose the asset and the blockchain network.
  3. Paste the recipient’s wallet address in full and enter the amount.
  4. Check the details and tap Confirm.

A wrong address or network can cost you the funds. Make sure the balance covers both the amount and the network fee. Processing time depends on the network, and you can follow the status by the transaction hash.

Balance, history and limits

The wallet balance has no limit: you can hold any amount of crypto. Limits apply to specific operations, and the app shows the minimum and maximum amounts, fees and processing time before each one. They depend on your verification level and history; for an operation above the limit, contact support.

The wallet balance and the card balance are separate. Money moves to a card when you top the card up.
