Visa Universe is Rumto’s main virtual card, with higher limits and a Singapore BIN. It suits people who pay by card often and need high limits per transaction.

How you pay
Add the card to Apple Pay in the Wallet app on an iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, or to Google Pay on Android, and pay in shops and online. The card details work for online payments as usual.
The card is for cashless payments only. You can’t withdraw cash with it.
Verification
To get Visa Universe you pass KYC: identity documents, a check under the payment system’s rules and confirmation of the source of funds. In practice that means a phone number, a passport or a driving licence, and a selfie.
