The process is the same for subscriptions, games, advertising and online shopping.
Steps
- Top up your Rumto wallet with crypto.
- Get a card: open the Cards tab and tap Buy. It takes about two minutes.
- Top up the card. The card balance is separate from the wallet balance, and the minimum card top-up is 10 USDT.
- Find the card details in the app: number, expiry date and CVV.
- Add the card in the payment settings of the service and enter the details.
- Confirm the payment. If the service asks for a code, confirm it through 3-D Secure.

There is no monthly fee. The app shows the current terms before you buy.
What “Yes”, “No” and “Not restricted” mean
Service pages list a mark for each card. “Yes” means the service is on the card’s list of supported services. “No” means the service is marked as unsuitable for that card. “Not restricted” means the service isn’t on the list of places where the card doesn’t work. Whether a payment goes through is still up to the service, which may have its own card rules.

If the payment fails
Check the card balance, the card details and the 3-D Secure code, then try again in a few minutes. Common reasons are covered in Why is my card declined?. If the payment is still declined, contact support in the app.
Cards don’t work inside countries with restrictions. You’ll see the list of countries and the card terms in the app before you buy.
