Rumto works in a web app and as a Telegram bot. Both use the same account, and your data stays in sync.
Create an account
- Open the sign-up form.
- Enter your first name, last name and email.
- Choose a password.
- Read the terms of use and the privacy policy and tick the box to accept them.
- Confirm that you are over 18.
- Tap Continue and enter the code sent to your email.
Once your email is confirmed, you can log in with your email and password.
Top up your wallet
Top up your wallet before you get a card.
- On the Home tab, tap Top up.
- Choose the coin and the network.
- Copy the wallet address or scan the QR code and send the funds from another wallet or an exchange.
More than 100 coins are supported, including USDT, USDC, Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and BNB. Check that the coin and network match on both sides before you send.
Get your first card
- Open the Cards tab and choose a card.
- Pass verification: a phone number for Visa E-commerce, or an ID document (passport or driving licence) and a selfie for the other cards. It usually takes a few minutes.
- Pay the issue fee from your wallet balance.
The card appears in the Cards tab right away. Top it up from your wallet (the minimum card top-up is 10 USDT) and start paying online, or add it to Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Balance and history
All your funds and transactions are in one place. At the top of the wallet you see the balance and your assets. Below is the full history of top-ups, transfers and payments; tap any operation to see its details.
Web app or Telegram bot
To switch between the web app and the Telegram bot, open Profile, then Connection, and tap Bot or Web at the bottom left.

Which card should I start with?
Visa E-commerce needs only a phone number. Visa Universe has the lowest top-up fee. Mastercard Business has the highest per-transaction limit. Compare them in the app before you buy.
How long does it take to get a card?
A few minutes, including verification.
