Card details
- Open the Cards tab.
- Choose the card, for example Visa Universe.
- Tap Show card details.
You’ll see the card number, the cardholder name, the expiry date and the CVV/CVC. Don’t share these details with anyone: support never asks for them by phone or in messages.
Transaction history
On the card page, open Transaction history to see every payment and top-up: date and time, merchant or transfer, amount, status (completed, processing or declined) and spending category.
A new payment may show as processing for a while. The final status appears within one or two business days.
Other settings on the card page
- Block the card if it’s lost or compromised.
- Change limits to control spending.
- Set up payment notifications.
If the Cards tab doesn’t open or a button isn’t available, contact support.
